David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 1949) is a famous American anchor, journalist and reporter. The most famous of his work is for his show World News Tonight. With its animated gestures and dramatic clips of celeb news, the show is now America's top-rated newscast. Made In America, his Emmy award-winning show, is yet another one of his credits. He was his predecessor Diane Sawyer's primary replacement anchor prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight. He reported on many morning ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He has travelled around the globe to report on news that concern Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. His awards include multiple Edward R. Murrow Awards, as well as honors by The Associated Press.
